At the end of April, three teams of VU EVAF Global Marketing Program students returned from the international "Loreal Brandstorm" competition in Poland, placing among the top ten strongest teams from Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, and Poland. Two teams from VU EVAF received the highest awards: "AROM.AI" won second place, and the "ARtistic" team claimed third place.

On June 7th, a conference "Inflation, Wage, and Their Impact on Competitiveness in Lithuania" took place at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration of Vilnius University. During the conference, the Chairman of the Board of the Bank of Lithuania, Gediminas Šimkus, the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Lithuania, Gintarė Skaistė, and the Head of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) mission in Lithuania, Borja Gracia, discussed the most important recent economic changes in Lithuania and the factors influencing them.

Congratulations to our students - the prize-winners of Warsaw Econometric Challenge!

On April 22nd, Žygimantas Bogužas, Gerda Utakytė, Tomas Dzedulionis, and Airida Lipskaitė, master's students of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration at Vilnius University, participated in the Econometrics challenge organized by Warsaw University.

During the conference researchers from the Bank of Lithuania International Monetary Fund (IMF) team, will present papers on inflation in Lithuania, its causes and consequences.
