The Project

TealHelix is an EU-funded project that aims to create a personalised, inclusive and targeted approach to sustainable food labelling. The project brings together 17 partners from 11 European countries, including academic and research institutions, NGOs, market research companies and marketing agencies. Coordinated by KU Leuven, a leading research university in Belgium and with a budget of €6.5 million, TealHelix responds to the current status quo of low incentive behind sustainable food consumption by understanding the motivational characteristics of consumers and empowering them in making informed, sustainability-aligned decisions.

We’re proud to join the ENERPOL project under Horizon Europe’s Excellence Pillar, coordinated by the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH). The project brings together leading institutions to explore policy strategies that empower households in the energy transition, redefining them as not just consumers, but also producers and flexibility providers critical to a fair, climate-neutral energy system.

On September 17, in Anykščiai, dr. Ieva Žebrytė, Associate Professor at VU FEBA and representative of the Department of Business, participated in the forum organized by the World Bank and funded by the EU – “An experience exchange on social entrepreneurship and social innovation for regional development and resilience” (Baltics Catching-up Regions Forum).
