As the new academic year approaches, Vilnius University invites first-year students to join its traditional events – from the festive RENOVATIO STUDIORUM ceremony and the VU community parade to VUniverse 2025, a series of activities designed to help newcomers integrate into university life.

This year, the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration at Vilnius University (VU FEBA) proudly celebrates its 85th anniversary. On September 2, we warmly invite our community, alumni, and friends to gather at a special birthday festival, held in the cozy courtyard between VU FEBA and the Faculty of Physics.

The day will be filled not only with official greetings but also with inspiring discussions, memorable encounters with distinguished alumni, and a festive birthday concert. All events are free of charge and open to everyone

The Bank of Lithuania has established the Vladas Terleckas Scholarship, intended for the most promising students of the Quantitative Economics study program at Vilnius University (VU) and applicants to this study program.

A research group from the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration at Vilnius University, in collaboration with international scholars, presents three new studies in social psychology and consumer behavior. These studies reveal unexpected strategies that can encourage people to donate to charity, change their lifestyle, and engage in socially responsible initiatives. All three studies are currently under review in prestigious international scientific journals.

In 2025, the Bachelor’s Programme in Global Marketing at Vilnius University’s Faculty of Economics and Business Administration was positively evaluated by international experts and accredited until 2032.
