This year, the VU FEBA welcomes the new year with twenty competitions for academic positions, for five-year contracts. These are long-term positions aimed to attract the best in management and economics, from assistant professors to professors and senior researchers.
The Dean of VU FEBA, dr. Aida Mačerinskienė says: "Compared to other Lithuanian universities, we have the best working conditions because we respect science and the scientists who do it. For us, science is more important than studies because it is the driving force of the university. VU has a merit-based incentive system for the highest scientific achievements, and we pay significant bonuses for the best research".
