RESEARCH ANALYST (POLAND)

Research Analyst position is open to new or recent graduates who are looking for a structured induction programme and early career progression. The candidate will pass a learning cycle that would include set of trainings as well as responsibility for direct research in Poland. Research Analyst would join a team of smart, fun and professional individuals in fast growing Vilnius (Lithuania) Euromonitor International office.

The key responsibilities will include:
• Secondary research, to gather various published information;
• Primary research (trade interviews);
• Data building and manipulations;
• Report writing;
• Client-facing responsibilities, which may include responding directly to clients;
• Attending conferences, giving presentations, writing articles;
• Building research contacts across FMCG industries and developing regional expertise.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Has knowledge in FMCG markets and socio-economic development in local market
• Oral and written fluency in English and Polish is a must
• Has a passion for numeracy and analytical tasks and is able to interpret, analyse and present statistics in an interesting way
• Is confident to work both independently and in team under pressure to tight deadlines
• Is able to demonstrate organizational and multitasking skills
• Has a strong background in economics, marketing, and/or market research
