Nasdaq, a global technology company and partner of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration of Vilnius University, is awarding 3 nominal scholarships worth EUR 1650 to students of the Quantitative Economics program.

The students who will be awarded Nasdaq scholarships will be selected on the basis of their active participation in scientific or social activities, progress in their studies, motivation, and compliance with the values of Nasdaq.

Interested students from the Quantitative Economics study program are invited to submit their applications to our Study Office (by submitting a free form of request on VUSIS) by 6th November and provide:

  1. application for the Scholarship;
  2. documents proving the candidate's achievements in scientific activities (copy of the publication(s) of the article(s), etc.);
  3. a motivation letter/video to justify his/her interest in the financial technology market;
  4. evidence of active participation in public activities and/or references.

The students who will be awarded nominal scholarships will be evaluated by a specially formed jury consisting of a representative of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, a representative of the University's Students' Representative Office and two Nasdaq representatives. The scholarship will be awarded to as many as 3 students for one academic year and paid in two equal installments in the autumn and spring semesters.
