In 2022, the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration of Vilnius University (FEBA) has established a new scholarship. The aim of the scholarship is to reward the best foreign citizens enrolled in FEBA master's or bachelor's degrees. This is a one-time scholarship, which, we hope, will be a good start for students from other countries, when settling and starting their studies in Lithuania - shares Roma Adomaitienė, the Vice-Dean for Studies at the FEBA.
The selection of candidates for the scholarship took place after the end of the admission process. During the selection of candidates, the grades of the students' previous studies and the motivation shown by the students during the motivational interviews were taken into account.
In the fall semester of the academic year 2022-2023, the scholarship has been awarded to the following FEBA students:
- Anastasiya Pastukhova (Management bachelor study programme);
- Dua Mohammed Saleem (Global Marketing bachelor study programme);
- Julien Cuppen (Business Process Management master study programme);
- Gustavo Adolfo Mota Salinas (Finance and Banking master study programme);
- Luis Alejandro Turegano Sanchez (Marketing and Integrated Communication master study programme);
- Olga Ermakova (Human Resources and Business Process Management master study programme);
The laureates were congratulated at the festive ceremony by dr. Aida Mačerinskienė, dean of the VU FEBA, professor dr. Vytautas Dikčius and members of VU FEBA administration.
