Partn. prof. dr. Arūnas Dulkys
Arūnas Dulkys brings to the classroom something no textbook can provide—30 years of experience during which he rose from a cashier to a minister. Today, at Vilnius University, he transforms that experience into a learning tool by linking academic theory to the real-world dilemmas faced by leaders.
During his career, he has worked at the Bank of Lithuania, the Seimas, and the State Audit Office. From 2015 to 2020, he served as State Auditor of the Republic of Lithuania, and from 2020 to 2024, as Minister of Health of the Republic of Lithuania. He currently teaches at Vilnius University, where every lecture becomes a dialogue between theory and real life.
His work has been recognised with the “Investors’ Forum” nomination for “Civil Servant of the Year,” the “Partnership Leader” award from the Lithuanian Business Confederation, and the Graičiūnas Award from the Lithuanian Confederation of Industrialists, for implementing the highest management standards and making a significant contribution to public administration and financial management.
