VU FEBA bachelor and master students may carry out a target internship that is not envisaged in the study programme, but is intended to provide knowledge and practical skills related to studies and other professional activities. No study credits are awarded for the target internship. Students who have completed a target internship shall not prepare an internship report.
STAGES OF THE TARGET INTERNSHIP
The target internship can be carried out in Lithuania or abroad. The target internship can be carried out in any semester of studies. The timing of the target internship cannot coincide with the academic timetable.
Students willing to do a target internship should submit a request in VUSIS and indicate the host organization, the duration of the internship as well as envisaged tasks. The request is then confirmed by head of the study programme committee and the Dean’s order allowing the student to do the target internship is prepared.

Students wishing to undertake a target internship must sign a tripartite agreement with the host organization (VU FEBA Student practical training agreement).
The filled out internship agreement must be sent by the student to their study programme coordinator (see https://www.evaf.vu.lt/en/about-the-faculty/structure/study-office). The agreement is then signed electronically by all parties in the DMS Avilys.
