Dr. Daiva Tamulevičienė, lecturer at the Department of Accounting and Audit, has been selected as the best lecturer of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration in 2023.
Dr. Daiva Tamulevičienė has been working at the faculty since 1995. Currently, she teaches “Fundamentals of Accounting”, “Management of Companies Budgeting”, “Cost Accounting and Management”, and conducts seminars on how to prepare coursework and the bachelor's thesis. She supervises undergraduate coursework and theses, undergraduate professional practice, master’s theses, and supervises and mentors doctoral students. D. Tamulevičienė is the Chairperson of the Accounting and Auditing Bachelor's Degree Programme Committee.
In addition to being an experienced practitioner, she is also an active researcher, with around 80 scientific publications to date, as well as participation in scientific conferences and project implementation. Dr Tamulevičienė also involves the students she supervises in her research and works with them on scientific publications.
The students speak very highly of her lectures and clear presentation of the subject, as well as of her immediate communication, caring and warmth.
