Who can apply for the „PwC Solvers“ scholarship?

The aim of the scholarship is to motivate and encourage the most advanced students active in social and scientific activities who are in the 3rd or 4th year of the bachelor's study programmes "Accounting and Audit", "Economics and Finance", "Management" "Business and Law" and "Business Information Systems" at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration of Vilnius University, who are studying full-time. Students with a weighted average grade point average of at least 8 and who are actively involved in scientific and/or social activities are invited to apply for the scholarship.

How many students will receive a scholarship?

The scholarship is awarded to a total of 3 students:

  • 2 students studying in the 6th semester of Accounting and Auditing study program (the competition is open in the Spring semester);
  • 1 student studying in the 7th semester of the Economics and Finance, Management, Business and Law or Business Information Systems study programmes (the competition is open in the Autumn semester).

What is the amount of the scholarship?

The amount of the scholarship is 1000 EUR. It is paid for 4 months, with a monthly payment of €250.

How to apply?

You are invited to fill in a free-form application form for the PwC Solvers Named Scholarship competition in the VU information system and attach a completed description of your social and/or scientific activities and a cover letter describing why you have chosen or intend to choose this field of study or specialisation (branch) of study, why you would like to pursue a career in this field or specialisation, and why you should receive the scholarship (what goals in the field of study or specialisation would the scholarship help you achieve).

What are the deadlines for application?

The deadline for submitting an application in the VU Information System is:
